Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted through our website.  Only orders that have the status of "Complete" are eligible for return requests.  You can browse your Order History to find the order that you have a return request for in the My Orders section of My Account.  Click View to open the related order, and then click on the Return link in the top right corner of the page.  Choose the product from that order that you have an issue with, and proved the relevant data. 

All sales are final on personalized and sale items.  Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect  products) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item only. Inspect your products immediately.  All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in original packaging with WB hang tags attached. Seasonal items are not eligible for return.  Our goal is to respond to all return requests within 3 business days.

Order Processing Time

Blank orders placed online before 1p.m. EST will ship the same day (M-F).

Orders with personalization placed online will ship based on the processing schedule posted on the policies page of the WB website.

BLANK Orders placed ONLINE before 1PM EST will ship the SAME DAY (M-F).

Orders with Personalization placed ONLINE before 1PM EST will ship the NEXT DAY (M-F).

Order processing times may be affected by peak seasons and periods of higher order volume.  During these periods, please allow additional days for processing time. The website gives you an estimated ship date each time you place an order.  You must add your shipping time to calculate your package arrival date.

 

Order Adjustments

The website checkout process offers multiple opportunities to confirm your order. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting. Unfortunately, we can not make any changes to a confirmed online order. This includes shipping methods, personalization, and quantities.  Adding to an order is impossible if we want to maintain our fast and efficient processing times.
