How to become a WB Retailer
Potential customers are required to register for an account to become a WB Retailer. Complete the registration form located at the top of the homepage and an account manager will contact you within 1 business day. Wholesale Boutique requires applicants to have a retail store front and/or an e-commerce website. Only established e-commerce websites will be approved. Facebook, Etsy, and Amazon only applicants do not qualify. We will require and verify a copy of your state retail sales tax license prior to approving all accounts. We screen each new applicant and reserve the right to deny any applicant or request additional information including, but not limited to, photos of your store, company history, and/or other lines you carry, prior to approval.
Our website, products, and services are intended for business owners purchasing merchandise and services for resale only. Group buy-ins, flea market environments, and consignment stores do not qualify for a wholesale account. Providing fraudulent information, failure to maintain an active status, ordering for a nonqualified buyer and/or not maintaining a Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for in season products will result in the termination of a wholesale account. Although we cannot guarantee absolute territory protection, we can promise that we strive to work with our retailers to contribute to their success.
WB requires a minimum opening order of $250.00 to become an authorized retailer. The opening order must be placed within 30 days of approval and may not be separate shipments. We do not require a minimum on reorders for active wholesale accounts. An active account must reorder within 90 days and have an annual spend of $1,000. Accounts that do not meet this requirement will be subject to requalification, at risk of losing territory placement and required to meet a $250.00 minimum reorder.

Tracking your order is EASY
Once your order has been shipped, a packing list and tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking numbers may also be found in your order history under my account. No paper documents are included with your shipment.
Guaranteed Best Quality
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with an order, return request may be submitted through our website. Select the order from your order history online, then choose the item and provide the information required. All sales are final on personalized and sale items.
Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit. Inspect your products immediately. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original WB packaging with tags. Seasonal items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of merchandise. All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our goal is to respond to all return requests within 3 business days.
FREE Drop Shipping Service
Wholesale Boutique offers a drop shipping service at no additional charge. Regular shipping charges apply per order. This service allows you to offer a wider selection of products and saves you time and money! Under the shipping options at the point of checkout, select “yes” under “Blind Drop Ship This Order”. The order will be packaged in a plain box with your business return address. No paper documents are included with the drop ship package.
In order to maintain our fast and efficient processing times, we are unable to make any changes to a confirmed online order. The website checkout process offers multiple opportunities to confirm your order. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting including shipping methods, personalization and quantities.
Real Time Inventory
Need to know what’s in stock? There are three ways to easily and quickly check inventory on your favorite products!
• Each product page shows real-time inventory.
• There is an Inventory Status link on the bottom of the homepage. The inventory status report may be exported to excel to sort by item number or quantity. If an item is out of stock, a back in stock date will display in the notes column on the website.
• WB Inventory Status Feed Email showing all items with less than 50 units is emailed every morning to customers at 8:00 am. The data is refreshed every 2 hours at :40 after the hour.
