Sales Tax

There are no Sales tax requirements for Wholesale Transactions when both parties are properly licensed in their respective State. Wholesale Boutique LLC is licensed as a Wholesale Business in South Carolina and therefore is not required by law to charge Sales Tax. Each customer is solely responsible for all respective and applicable licenses and taxes, and filings required by law. You are required to abide by all federal, state or local law tax purposes, or otherwise. You are also responsible to abide by all federal, state and local laws relating to your business with Wholesale Boutique LLC.

Payment Terms

We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Credit Cards/Debit Cards are our default form of payment and each new customer is required to use a Credit Card/Debit Card when placing their first order.

Net 30 Terms

We require pre-approval for any payment terms other than Credit Card.

Terms Policy

1. We reserve the right to require a minimum of $3000.00 in annual business from Net 30 Customers.
2. All invoices are to be paid 30 days from the date of the invoice.
3. Any not paid in full by the due date is subject to a 1.5% finance charge ($1.00 minimum) per month. Finance charges are calculated on the entire past due balance, which may contain prior finance charges.
4. We reserve the right to revoke your charging privileges at any time. If at any time your account balance becomes delinquent, you will be subject to lien and collection procedures.
5. We will add a $30.00 fee to your balance when a check is returned to us non-sufficient funds. 6- A credit limit will be determined. If you exceed your limit, you must make a payment to continue charging.
6. It is your responsibility to keep our files updated with your most current billing address and telephone number.
7. By signing and submitting this application, you acknowledge these terms as part of your credit agreement. You also authorize Wholesale Boutique LLC to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.

Discounts

Quantity Discount Pricing

Quantity discount pricing is available on all products.  It can be viewed on each item’s product page. To receive this discount, quantities can not be mixed (same color/style only).  When ordering online, please note that quantity discounts will not appear until your reach Checkout. To better serve your needs, Live Chat is available 9AM - 5PM EST (M - F).

A general overview of our Quantity Discounting:

All Bags (such as Market Totes, Bags, Purses, etc)
24 - 72 = 10% quantity discount
73 + = 15% quantity discount

All Jewelry
12 - 36 = 10 % discount
37+ = 15% discount
