Wholesale Boutique LLC offers UPS Basic (packages under 3 lbs), UPS Standard Ground, UPS 2 Day Select, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air via UPS at the cost specified during the Checkout process. Tracking your order is simple! Once your order has been shipped, a packing list and tracking number will be emailed to you. No paper documents are included with your shipment. Login to your website account anytime to track your shipments and view your order history.
Wholesale Boutique offers a drop shipping service at no additional charge. You can change the address under the shipping option, at the point of checkout, for each drop ship order. Your business return address will appear on the shipment. No paper documents are included in your drop ship order.
Return requests must be submitted through our website. Only orders that have the status of "Complete" are eligible for return requests. You can browse your Order History to find the order that you have a return request for in the My Orders section of My Account. Click View to open the related order, and then click on the Return link in the top right corner of the page. Choose the product from that order that you have an issue with, and proved the relevant data.
All sales are final on personalized and sale items. Returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect products) must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item only. Inspect your products immediately. We reserve the right to receive and inspect damaged/defective merchandise before issuing replacements. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from receipt of merchandise. All other returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Our goal is to respond to all return requests within 3 business days.
