We are so glad that you found our company and we would love to have you as one of our fabulous retail partners! We require applicants to have a retail store front and/or an e-commerce website. New accounts that are Facebook, Etsy, or Amazon only will not qualify for our wholesale program. We will require and verify a copy of your state retail sales tax license prior to approving your wholesale account. Each new applicant is screened and may be required to provide additional information including, but not limited to, photos of your store, company history, and/or other lines you carry, prior to approval. You definitely want our amazing products in your store, so hurry and submit your registration here!
A Suggested Retail Price (SRP) must be maintained on all in-season merchandise, meaning the advertised price must be no less than double the full wholesale price. (Example: Wholesale Price $8, Suggested Retail Price $16)

Our Spring/Summer products are released in January and are considered in-season through July 31st.
Our Back to School products are released in June and are considered in-season through August 15th.
Our Fall/Winter products are released in August and are considered in-season through December 15th.
We offer an E-Gift Card that is available and can help qualify you for your opening order. You can purchase one for $251 to fulfill your minimum opening order, which may very well be the best money you could spend for your business! As you begin to sell product, you can use your gift card balance to pay for your orders. When you purchase an e- gift card, the e-gift card itself will earn reward points. We offer an amazing and easy to use font preview on current items for you to view an exact representation of the embroidery before adding the item to your cart. Due to Wholesale Boutique’s automated lettering system we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Please utilize this feature to review your order carefully prior to submitting.

Then, click Returns in the top right corner. Follow the prompts to report the issue. We strive to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

Yes, we love to do custom logos on our products! Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the items, quantities, and a high-resolution jpeg image of the logo so that we can get a quote for your custom order. If you already have your logo in a digitized format that makes it even easier, however a minimum of 24pcs is required. All logos that require conversion into an embroidery friendly format will be charged a setup fee of $35.

You can find the inventory level underneath every product picture on our website. When your account is activated, you will begin receiving daily low stock inventory reports at 8:00 a.m. These reports list any items that have fallen below a stock level of 50 pieces. We also have an inventory feed that you can access at any time by clicking here!

Etsy sellers must be approved by an account manager prior to listing our merchandise on this sales channel. We must have your Etsy store name and URL on file. While Etsy may be approved as an additional sales channel, Etsy only stores will not be approved.
While we cannot guarantee instant gratification by drone delivery, we will strive to get your order to you as fast as possible through our shipping providers! Your order arrival date can be calculated by taking the date you place your order and adding our order processing time and your UPS transit time from our Myrtle Beach, SC facility. Blank orders placed online before 1 pm EST, Monday - Friday, will ship the SAME DAY (M-F).
When placing orders with personalization, an estimated ship date is shown at the top of the shopping cart screen. This date is based on the following shipping schedule:
Order processing times may be affected by peak seasons and periods of higher order volume. During these periods, please allow additional days for processing time. Opening orders must meet our $250 opening order minimum for the checkout button to become active. If your account has become inactive, you must fill out a WB Account Review form found at the bottom of the site once you are logged in. After review of the form, if your territory is still available, your account will be reinstated and the checkout button will become active for 7 days so that you can place your reactivation order.
